Hotel Sales Manager - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel. This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and travel agencies
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities
- Create and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and revenue management to maximize sales opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales, preferably in the Abu Dhabi market
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong knowledge of the local market and industry trends
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
