Plasterer Supervisor

The Plasterer Supervisor will oversee a team of plasterers and coordinate all aspects of plastering projects. They will be responsible for planning and organizing work schedules, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining a safe work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering and supervising a team, as well as strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of plasterers, assign tasks, and monitor progress
- Plan work schedules to ensure timely completion of projects
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and specifications
- Train new team members on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Order materials and maintain inventory levels
- Enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in plastering
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Compensation:
Salary: $1000 per month
