Foundry Worker



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foundry Worker to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a Foundry Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various foundry equipment to create metal castings according to specific project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare mold for casting by following detailed instructions and blueprints
- Operate various foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and casting machines
- Monitor the melting process of metal and adjust temperature as needed
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove any excess material
- Inspect finished castings for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Maintain clean and safe work area at all times
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal functioning
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training in foundry work is preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in foundry operations, preferably in the metal industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Knowledge of different types of metals, alloys, and their properties
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks such as lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling tools and equipment with precision
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects in finished products
- Willingness to learn new techniques and adapt to changing production demands

We offer a competitive salary of 1500$ per month along with additional benefits. This is a part-time position without accommodation.
