We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and restaurants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements and budget
- Creating detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Overseeing the construction process to ensure that the design is implemented correctly
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are completed successfully
- Conducting site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Ensuring compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Managing project timelines and budgets
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect in a similar role
- Proficient in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail

Salary: 1600$
This position offers a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.
