Commercial Architect


We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Akron. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and other commercial facilities. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs and developing creative and functional designs that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all building codes and regulations are met, as well as managing budgets and timelines for projects.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1100$
Location: Akron, USA

This is a full-time position but part-time options can be considered. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of 1100$ per month. We also offer accommodation within the city as well as free visa sponsorship and airfare.
