Entry-Level Baker

A reputable bakery in Mombasa is seeking a skilled and passionate Entry-Level Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for baking and a willingness to learn and grow in the profession. Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of doughs, batters, and other ingredients
- Operate and maintain baking equipment
- Follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection
- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety regulations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is a plus, but not required
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
