Job Title: Part-Time Carpenter
Location: La Condamine, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Part-Time Carpenter to join our team in La Condamine, Monaco. As a Part-Time Carpenter, you will work on a range of carpentry projects, both residential and commercial, using your expertise to create high-quality and visually appealing structures.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut materials to build and install structures such as partitions, doors, windows, and cabinets
- Install structures and fixtures such as beams, rafters, stairways, molding, trim, and hardware
- Follow blueprints or other specifications to ensure accuracy of work
- Inspect and repair damaged framework or other structures
- Select appropriate materials for each project based on budget and desired outcome
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a carpenter or similar role
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, planes, sanders, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Physically fit with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy materials
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of an apprenticeship program or relevant vocational training preferred
- Valid driver's license required

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
