Sales Manager
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to achieve company sales targets and drive growth. This role is suitable for men and offers a competitive salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure they are meeting their targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Analyze sales data and provide reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure cohesive business operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (experience in B2B sales is preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
