We are currently seeking a certified Personal Trainer to join our team in Malindi. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans for clients based on their individual goals and needs. You will also provide one-on-one coaching and support to help clients reach their full potential.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to determine their goals and develop customized training plans
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide guidance on nutrition and wellness
- Motivate and encourage clients to stay committed to their fitness journey
- Monitor client progress, make adjustments as needed, and track results
- Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with clients and maintaining a positive atmosphere in the gym
- Keep up-to-date with industry knowledge and trends related to fitness, nutrition, and wellness

Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training or a related field
- Previous experience working as a Personal Trainer preferred
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others reach their goals
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
