Indian Restaurant Manager in Malindi



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Malindi, Kenya. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and budget management
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high quality standards of food and service
- Train and supervise restaurant staff to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment at all times
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner and take appropriate action
- Create schedules for employees and manage shift rotations to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop new menu items or make changes as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in an Indian restaurant setting is preferred
- Good knowledge of Indian cuisine and culture is essential
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills are required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month.

This position is based in Malindi, Kenya.
