Industrial Architect

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Os, Norway. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop functional and efficient designs that meet industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements and develop design proposals
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that plans are being followed accurately
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of the project
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Make revisions to designs as needed based on feedback from clients or other team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial architecture with a strong portfolio of previous projects
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards related to industrial buildings
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1600$ per month (part-time)

Location: Os, Norway (accommodation provided)
