Office Assistant - Os, Turkey
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Os, Turkey. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks including answering phone calls, managing emails and correspondence, organizing files and documents, and assisting with basic accounting duties. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in an office setting and must be fluent in both English and Turkish. Accommodation will be provided for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and emails
- Maintain office supplies and order when necessary
- Organize files and documents both physically and electronically
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed
- Perform other general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in an office environment
- Fluent in English and Turkish
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail
