Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both customers and employees.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve overall performance
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure high-quality service standards are met
- Manage budgets and financial planning for the restaurant
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts for cost-effective purchasing

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in restaurant management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of increasing sales and improving profitability
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed
Salary: $1700 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Aarhus, Denmark (accommodation may be provided)

Education Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in hospitality management preferred.

Experience Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience in restaurant management.

Other Requirements: Must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, knowledge of food safety regulations, proven track record of increasing sales/profitability. Flexible schedule required.
