We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Aarhus. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a minimum of 2 years experience in the restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train staff to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Create work schedules, manage payroll, and handle employee relations
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and pricing strategies
- Maintain quality control standards for food and beverage preparation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Develop marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, techniques, and best practices
- Ability to handle high-stress situations in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food handling
