We are hiring a skilled and experienced Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring their satisfaction and enjoyment during their dining experience. Your main duties will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing menu recommendations. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring accuracy of orders
- Make menu recommendations based on customer preferences or dietary restrictions
- Answer any questions or concerns customers may have regarding the menu or dining experience
- Process payments accurately using cash or credit cards
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient service delivery
- Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food items

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills with an attention to detail
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Must have valid work permit/visa for working in Siauliai (for non-EU citizens)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
