QA Engineer

We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced QA Engineer to join our team in Braga, Portugal. As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for testing and ensuring the quality of our software products. Your main duties will include creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with developers to resolve issues.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality of software products
- Identify and report bugs through detailed bug reports
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new features do not cause existing features to fail
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure quality standards are met
- Participate in code reviews to provide feedback on potential issues or improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience with bug tracking systems such as JIRA or Bugzilla
- Ability to write clear and concise bug reports with steps to reproduce
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to think critically

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an Agile development environment
- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as Selenium or Appium
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python
