Industrial Architect - Contract Position in Braga


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Industrial Architect for a contract position in Braga. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial buildings and facilities, ensuring they are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing. Your role will involve collaborating with engineers, contractors, and clients to create innovative solutions that meet the specific needs of each project.

Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts for industrial buildings and facilities based on client requirements
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Collaborate with engineers to incorporate structural and mechanical elements into designs
- Work closely with contractors to ensure construction plans are accurately executed
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and make necessary adjustments
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on project progress
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in materials, technology, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of building design principles, codes, regulations, and materials
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this contract position is 1700$ per month.

Location:
This job is located in Braga. Candidates must have their own visa/work permit.
