Job Title: Architectural Technologist


We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Alta, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the design and drafting of architectural plans and models for residential and commercial building projects. A biometric passport is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the design and drafting of architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details
- Create detailed 3D models using software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Collaborate with architects to ensure designs meet project requirements and codes
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for accurate drawings
- Prepare presentations and visual aids for client meetings and presentations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for design aesthetics
- Biometric passport is preferred but not required
