Senior Architect - Copenhagen, Denmark


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Copenhagen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading the design and construction of various projects in the city. This includes managing a team of architects, coordinating with clients and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 10 years experience in architectural design and project management
- Extensive knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Experience with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD or SketchUp is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the design phase of projects, including creating initial concepts, reviewing plans, and making necessary revisions
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Collaborate with contractors to ensure construction is following design plans accurately
- Lead a team of architects by delegating tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and new materials to continuously improve designs

We are offering a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position. We also provide free visa sponsorship for international candidates as well as tickets for relocation.
