Industrial Architect


As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial spaces such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. Your main goal will be to optimize the functionality and efficiency of these spaces while ensuring they meet all safety and building code regulations.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, as well as collaborate with engineers and contractors to bring your designs to life. You will also be responsible for overseeing the construction process to ensure that it aligns with your original plans.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong background in architecture and design, particularly in industrial spaces. You should also possess excellent communication skills and be able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing industrial spaces that meet client specifications and comply with safety and building codes
- Collaborating with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to create functional and efficient designs
- Conducting site visits to gather information about the space's current state
- Creating detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Communicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Overseeing construction process to ensure it aligns with original designs
- Solving any design or construction issues that may arise during the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in designing industrial spaces (preferably 3+ years)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Salary: 1500$ per month
