A bustling restaurant in Mombasa is seeking a diligent, hard-working Dishwasher to join our team. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for an Indian national with strong English communication skills and a desire to work part-time.

Responsibilities:
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using the dishwasher or by hand
- Sort and stack clean dishes according to restaurant standards
- Clean and maintain dishwashing equipment and notify management of any malfunctions or repairs needed
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen counters, floors, and other surfaces as needed
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as directed by the chef or sous chef
- Adhere to all sanitation guidelines and safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Indian national preferred with valid visa to work in Mombasa
- Good English communication skills required for interaction with colleagues and customers
- Prior experience working as a dishwasher in a fast-paced environment preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
