Plumber Technician

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Plumber Technician to join our team in Mauren. As a Plumber Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings. You must have previous experience in the plumbing field, as well as knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and able to communicate effectively with clients and team members. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and provide effective solutions
- Follow local building codes and safety regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of work performed
- Stay updated on new plumbing techniques and technologies

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a plumber or plumber technician
- Knowledge of local building codes and safety regulations
- Fluent in English (Malayalee preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
- Valid driver's license preferred
