Concierge Specialist


As a Concierge Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be the first point of contact for guests, assisting them with any inquiries or requests they may have. Your duties will include making reservations, arranging transportation, and recommending local attractions and activities. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred, but not required. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates.

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- Contract job with potential for extension
- No prior experience required

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, tours, or other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel staff
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the city
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
