Concierge Coordinator
We are in need of a friendly and efficient Concierge Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Concierge Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and services offered
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, and other activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely manner
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with luggage handling as needed
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth within the company.
