Online Consultant/ Customer Service Representative

As an Online Consultant/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through various online platforms. You will assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. You will also be responsible for processing orders and payments, as well as resolving any issues that may arise. This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints through various online channels such as email, live chat, or social media
- Provide accurate and timely information about products or services to customers
- Process orders and payments accurately
- Resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers in a professional and timely manner
- Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
- Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing exceptional service
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using various online platforms for customer service (e.g. email, live chat)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Preferred:
-Native English speaker or fluent proficiency in English
-Customer service experience in an e-commerce or retail setting
-Knowledge of CRM systems

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Aalborg (relocation assistance not provided)

Contract job: This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.
