We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Odense, Denmark. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing commercial building projects, ensuring they meet the needs and specifications of our clients. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in delivering successful projects that exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals for their commercial building project
- Create detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, and construction documents
- Utilize your knowledge of building codes and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the design process
- Work closely with contractors and engineers to ensure all aspects of the project are executed accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify any issues, and make necessary adjustments to the design as needed
- Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as an architect on commercial projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Denmark
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, etc.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to think creatively
- Fluent in Danish (preferred) or English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month. Additional benefits include health insurance coverage.
