Online Consultant for Women's Job Placement (Part-Time)


We are a leading job placement agency based in Vejle, seeking an experienced and dedicated Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting women in finding suitable job opportunities that match their skills and experience. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for individuals looking for work-life balance or students seeking additional income.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct online consultations with women job seekers to understand their career goals, skills, and experience.
- Utilize various online platforms and resources to research and identify potential job opportunities for clients.
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on resume building, job search strategies, and interview preparation.
- Communicate with employers on behalf of clients to schedule interviews and negotiate salary offers.
- Stay updated on current job market trends and industry developments to better assist clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in human resources, career counseling, or related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals.
- Knowledge of online job search techniques and resources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.

Salary:
This is a part-time position paying 1700$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Vejle. However, due to the nature of the role being primarily online consultations, candidates from other locations within Denmark will also be considered.
