Job Title: Online Consultant


As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various digital channels. You will be assisting clients with their inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service recommendations. Your duties will also include maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to client inquiries through various digital channels (e.g. email, chat, social media)
- Providing accurate information about products and services and making recommendations based on clients' needs
- Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customers' complaints; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention rate
