Contract Administrator
Location: Muharraq, Bahrain
As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of contract agreements within our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that contracts are properly reviewed, negotiated, and executed in a timely manner. Your attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and managing contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and negotiating contract terms with vendors, suppliers, and clients
- Ensuring all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintaining accurate records of all contract agreements
- Tracking contract deadlines, renewals, and amendments
- Communicating effectively with internal departments to ensure contract terms are met
- Resolving any issues or disputes that may arise during the course of a contract
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Knowledge of legal requirements for contracts in the relevant industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $900 per month.
