We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Filipino web designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly website designs that meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with our development team to turn your designs into functional websites.

Key responsibilities:
- Designing website layouts, graphics, and interfaces
- Creating wireframes and mockups to present design ideas
- Collaborating with the development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately
- Conducting user research and analyzing website usability
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a web designer or similar role
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- A creative mindset with attention to detail
