Entry-Level Concierge in Alta, Norway


We are seeking a friendly and attentive Entry-Level Concierge to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring that their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options
- Make reservations for guests and assist with planning their activities
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
