ESL Teacher in Kolding, Denmark


We are hiring a qualified ESL (English as a Second Language) teacher for our language school located in the vibrant city of Kolding, Denmark. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual who is passionate about teaching and making a positive impact on students' lives.

As an ESL teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality English lessons to students of various ages and proficiency levels. You will create engaging and interactive lesson plans that cater to the needs of each individual student. Our ideal candidate should be able to create a positive learning environment where students feel motivated to learn and improve their English skills.

This position is open to both experienced teachers and those without experience. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and have a strong desire to teach. Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate, but candidates must have a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging English lessons based on student needs
- Create lesson materials such as worksheets, activities, and games
- Assess student progress and provide feedback
- Communicate with parents or guardians about student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers to develop curriculum and teaching strategies
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress
- Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification is an asset)
- Native or near-native English proficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Patience, flexibility, and adaptability in the classroom
- Passion for teaching English as a second language
