Sales Manager - Muharraq, Bahrain

We are hiring a Sales Manager to join our team in Muharraq, Bahrain. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our sales team to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with clients, and identifying new business opportunities.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Knowledge of the local market trends and customer preferences
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company goals
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their individual targets
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, market research, etc.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Train and develop the sales team on product knowledge, selling techniques, etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, etc.
