Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Oversee administrative staff and delegate tasks as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as necessary
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting them to appropriate departments or individuals
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Review and improve office policies and procedures to increase efficiency
- Train new administrative staff members on company procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in office management or related field preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working with vendors and service providers is a plus
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
