Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Bergen, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry, with strong leadership and project management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and direct construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders
- Oversee quality control and safety measures on site
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1600 per month. Accommodation will not be provided.
