Part-Time Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Odense. As a part-time member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating and developing innovative and functional architectural designs for various projects. This position offers a salary of 1500$ per month, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Create 3D models and renderings of designs
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure design feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance with standards
- Present design proposals to clients and make revisions based on feedback
- Work within project budgets and deadlines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D modeling programs
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
