Head Librarian

As the Head Librarian of our library in Ar-Ruwais, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the library operations. This includes managing a team of librarians and support staff, maintaining and expanding the library's collection, and providing high-quality customer service to patrons. Your role will also involve developing and implementing library policies, organizing events and programs to promote literacy and education within the community, and managing the library budget.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for books and knowledge to lead our library. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a librarian or in a similar role, with excellent communication and leadership skills. A degree in Library Science or a related field is preferred.
