Machine Operator

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our team in Sofia. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery used in production, such as milling machines, lathes, and grinders. Your main goal will be to ensure that all machines are running efficiently and producing high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate machines according to specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to detect any malfunctions or issues
- Adjust machine settings as needed to ensure quality output
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machines, such as cleaning and lubricating parts
- Troubleshoot any mechanical issues that may arise during production
- Maintain accurate records of production and machine maintenance activities
- Ensure a safe working environment by following safety protocols and wearing appropriate protective equipment

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production setting preferred
- Basic understanding of mechanics and machine operations
- Ability to read and interpret technical instructions and diagrams
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot defects or errors in products
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
