Tiling Technician

As a Tiling Technician, you will be responsible for installing and repairing tiles in various residential and commercial properties. Your main duties will include measuring and cutting tiles to fit specific areas, mixing and applying adhesive materials, and ensuring a level and smooth finish. You will also be required to remove old tiles, repair any damaged surfaces, and work with a variety of materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, and granite. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in tiling
- Proficient in using tiling tools and equipment
- Knowledge of different types of tiles and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on both residential and commercial projects
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. The work schedule may include weekends depending on project deadlines. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed.
