Loader Operator (Siauliai, Lithuania)



As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to load and unload materials in a safe and efficient manner. This position is based in Siauliai, Lithuania and is open to all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders to load and unload materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction materials.
- Perform routine maintenance on loaders to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading and unloading activities.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting.
- Proficient in English language (Lithuanian or Russian language skills are an asset).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with occasional overtime required. The salary for this role is 1300$ per month. This position does not include accommodation.
