Courier Delivery Driver

As a Courier Delivery Driver, you will work for a fast-paced and growing courier company in Mombasa, Kenya. You will be responsible for picking up and delivering packages to various locations within the city, ensuring timely and efficient service. This position requires excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to navigate through traffic and unfamiliar areas. A valid driver's license and a good driving record are also required. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities:
- Pick up packages from designated locations within the city
- Ensure timely delivery of packages to their designated destinations
- Plan efficient routes to optimize delivery time
- Navigate through traffic and unfamiliar areas using maps or GPS devices
- Maintain accurate records of packages delivered and received
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while driving

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or courier is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of Mombasa's streets and traffic patterns is an asset
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
- Good communication skills with the ability to handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is an asset

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with flexible working hours, including weekends. The job may require working in varying weather conditions. You will be provided with a company vehicle for deliveries.

Salary:
The salary for this role starts at $1400 per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
