A reputable architecture firm in Lisbon is seeking a highly skilled and experienced commercial architect to join our team on a contract basis. As a commercial architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings, including offices, retail spaces, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements.
- Create detailed plans, drawings, and models using CAD software.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that design specifications are being followed.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Manage project timelines and budgets.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure successful project completion.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as an architect, with a focus on commercial projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1800$ per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. While Portuguese nationality is preferred, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who have the necessary work permits.
