Entry-Level Fitter


We are hiring an Entry-Level Fitter to join our team in Os, Norway on a contract basis. As a Fitter, you will be responsible for assembling and installing mechanical components, ensuring that all equipment is functional and in compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to determine assembly procedures
- Use hand tools and power tools to assemble mechanical components according to specifications
- Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure functionality and safety compliance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during assembly or installation process
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical degree preferred but not required
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to read technical drawings
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques on the job

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$ per month.
