We are looking for a skilled Gardener to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for our clients' gardens. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees according to the season and client preferences
- Prune and trim trees and plants to maintain their shape and health
- Water and fertilize plants as needed
- Monitor the garden for pests, diseases, and weeds, and take appropriate action to control them
- Ensure that garden equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to the supervisor
- Keep the garden clean and free of debris
- Prepare soil for planting new plants or flowers
- Install new features such as walkways or fountains
- Harvest fruits and vegetables when ready

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Gardener preferred but not required
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, shrubs, trees, their care, and maintenance
- Ability to use gardening tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, shovels etc.
- Physically fit with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Good communication skills
