As a baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious pastries, breads, and other baked goods. Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes
- Bake pastries, breads, cakes and other goods
- Decorate baked goods with icings, glazes, and toppings
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust as needed
- Ensure quality control by inspecting products for freshness and consistency
- Clean work areas, equipment, and utensils
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Proven ability to follow recipes accurately
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid visa sponsorship or ability to obtain one is preferred
