Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator (Alta, Canada)


We are in need of a competent Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Alta, Canada. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy machinery such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes. Your main duty is to ensure that the equipment is used efficiently and safely to complete construction projects on time.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner according to company policies and procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure its proper functioning
- Transport materials and equipment to different work sites using heavy machinery
- Follow blueprints and project plans to perform tasks accurately
- Keep records of materials used, equipment maintenance, and daily work logs
- Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating heavy equipment in construction or related field
- Valid heavy equipment operator license/certification
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of basic mechanical principles for troubleshooting and minor repairs
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and depth perception for operating machinery accurately

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Alta, Canada. Applicants must be willing to relocate or live in the surrounding area.
