Key Responsibilities:
- Operate loader and other heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Load and transport materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, and other construction materials
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow all safety procedures and regulations while operating equipment
- Communicate with other workers to coordinate job tasks and ensure efficiency
- Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in all weather conditions and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
