A reputable organization in Monte-Carlo is seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing various equipment and facilities within our organization. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Conduct inspections to identify any issues or potential problems
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repairs
- Respond promptly to any maintenance requests or emergencies
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in safe and working condition
- Collaborate with other team members to complete larger projects or tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools effectively
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to work independently without supervision
- Good communication skills
- Valid work permit or visa for Monaco (visa sponsorship available)
