As a Cashier at our boutique hotel in La-Condamine, Monaco, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth financial transactions for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to handle all cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to our established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist them with their inquiries or requests
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately using our hotel management system
- Handle all cash transactions including payments, refunds, and exchanges
- Accept credit card payments and process them through our payment system
- Maintain accurate records of all cash and credit transactions
- Reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the supervisor
- Inform guests about hotel amenities, services, and promotions
- Assist with luggage storage for guests as needed
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required; additional certification in accounting or finance is a plus
- Proven work experience as a cashier or in a similar role
- Excellent mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
