Database Administrator (Fonvieille, Monaco)



We are searching for an experienced Database Administrator to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management and administration, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain databases for our company's applications
- Monitor database performance and provide recommendations for improvements
- Ensure data integrity and security at all times
- Troubleshoot and resolve any database issues that may arise
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of databases with other systems

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator
- Strong understanding of database management systems, including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, etc.
- Experience with database design and development
- Knowledge of data backup and recovery methods
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cloud-based databases such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or Python
- Certification in database administration (e.g. Oracle Certified Professional)

Salary: $1600 per month
